All returned items (including Warranty repairs) must have a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) or they will not be accepted for repair or return by our Receiving Dept.
The RMA# must be CLEARLY MARKED on the shipping label and on all accompanying paperwork for repairs or credit to be authorized.
A 25% RESTOCKING charge will be applied against credits issued for any items returned to us for reasons other than authorized repairs.
To obtain an RMA number please call 781-395-6700 during normal business hours. You may also fax (781-395-8000) or e-mail ( email@example.com ) your request to us for an RMA #. An RMA will be sent back to you via the same method you contacted us for each authorized repair or return.

Contact Information (Telephone, Fax numbers, E-mail address etc.)
|Product Information||Make / Model Number
Serial Number (where applicable)
Date of Purchase
Copy of HDI Invoice or purchase receipt
Reason for return or repair
